1. General Provisions

By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Order Confirmation and Contract

• Order Acceptance: After you place an order and complete the payment, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. This email acknowledges that we have received your order.

• Contract: The contract between us is formed only when we dispatch your goods and send you a shipping confirmation email.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Carrier Partners: We ship all orders via DHL Express or USPS, depending on your location and the selected service level.

• Shipping Notification: Within a few business days of your purchase, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a unique tracking number.

• Tracking: You can monitor your package’s progress in the „Track Order“ section of our website using the provided tracking number.

• Delivery Times: While we aim for prompt delivery, stated delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

• To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement (e.g., an email).

• Refunds: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

5. Returns and Refunds

• You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.

• Return Shipping: Unless otherwise stated, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

• Condition: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

6. Warranty and Complaints

If the goods are defective or do not match the description, you are entitled to statutory warranty rights under EU law. Please contact our support immediately if you receive a damaged package.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any delays caused by the carrier (DHL/USPS) or customs clearance processes. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the EU member state where our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
